To enable The Sports Photo Company to be able to show the great work we do we need the permission to use your child's photograph.

I grant The Sports Photo Company permission to use images taken by their photographers of my son/daughter on The Sports Photo Company website www.thesportsphotocompany.co.uk, the Sports Photo Company business Facebook page and relevant marketing material

I am of legal age and have the full legal capacity to contract for the minor in the above regard.  ​  ​  ​  ​
