We collect your personal information such as name, email, phone and club name when you voluntary get in touch with us through our contact page in this, our website: https://www.shaunwardphotography.co.uk/ to send us an email and make an enquiry, a purchase or book a photoshoot.  This will help us to take action about any request for information or service.

We use the personal information that you voluntary have submitted to respond any query that you have sent to us and/or deliver the services that you have requested such as the purchase of your photo (s), the booking of your photoshoot; and it will only be used for the purpose you provide it for.

We will not share, sell or distribute any personal information that you have given to us without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.  However, when you order a photo, your information and details are handled by https://www.gotphoto.co.uk/ who is the processing company.  Please have on mind that this privacy policy only applies to our website.  Therefore, if you want to review GotPhoto privacy policy you need to go to their website and read it in order to find out how they manage your individual data.  All our orders are either deliver personally by us or by Royal mail (first class) if you choose this option at checkout.

What do we do with your information?

Shaun Ward Photography has in place the appropriate security measures and procedures to treat your information as confidential, backed up by reliable and well-trained staff to prevent accidental or deliberate compromised.  All our photographers are checked and covered through Disclosure Scotland, we use password protected Zip files, we use the personal information that you have submitted to provide each parent/child with an individual “log in” codes to view and purchase the photographs through our website.  We store your data on secure hard drives located in Perth, Scotland.  All information and photos are backed up on a secure cloud based system and the access is restricted to individual staff and continuously monitored.  Our system is supported by the use of SSL Technology, which is part of GotPhotos security for purchases, it stores our customers’ account information and protects data transmissions.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

We will retain your personal information to process your query, requested information, or for as long as it is necessary whilst we process and provide you with the service and product that have chosen from us; complying always with the requirements established by law.

Your rights

Under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Data Protection Act 1998 and the new UK Data Protection Bill, you have more control and rights over the use of your information.
